The final week of the 2007 regular season

It seems that all Div 2 games have been completed and the playhoff picture has only just become clear. Congratulations to the top 12 on making the playoffs. Congratulations to Peoria Cricket Club for winning the regular season and qualifying for the promotion to Div 1. One spot for promotion to Div 1 is still up for grabs and there is a lot of talent in all the playoff teams. It's win or go home, so the intensity level is going to be higher, and the quality of games better. Good luck!

We come down to the final week of the regular season for Div 1. The late-peaking Royals have just joined the playoff race with a impressive victory against fellow contender Rogers Park. It seems, by all accounts, that Muslim Gym has made the playoffs if they have been awarded the game against Pak Gym. As of now, it seems like there are 6 teams vying for the last 3 playoff spots with Muslim Gym, United, and Roger's Park holding their destiny in their own hands. Pak Gym, Phoenix, and Royals will need to win their final games and will need some help for the above teams if they are to make the playoffs. However, nothing can be confirmed as yet because no official announcement has been made on the status of the Muslim Gym vs Pak Gym game and the decisions taken regarding the incident that occurred during the game. This decision will have major implications on an already murky playoff picture.

At the bottom of the Div 1 table AAA, Capitol, and Flames are fighting to stay in Div 1. If the Flames upset St Louis, they will be safe, but a loss could spell doom for them depending on NRR. Capitol has played out all their games and will have to wait and watch to see what unfolds. If AAA win their remaining 2 games, they could avoid relegation if the Flames lose to St Louis and their NRR is better than both Flames and Capitol.

Despite being the last week of the regular season there is everything to play for. It's a must win situation for all teams. There are favourites for each of the situations, but as usual, nothing can be taken for granted.

After all, this is Cricket!

Hi Shiraz, I will disagree with your comment that current team standings will remain the same inspite of efforts to update the point table.

Chicago Giants and QC should get one additional point for a tied match and per Sadiq's comment earlier in the blog this needs to be update manually by someone from mgmt. That will change team standings significantly.

Also, it doesn't look like NRRs are accurate aswell.

Thanks for reading.

MISTAKE on points table

Evanston game is a loss not a TIE they should have 3 points cut off so they should be at 36 or if its ruled a tie then JR should get -ve 1 point what's going on?

Shiraz said...

Hi Yours Truely,

What I meant was, that all changes will not afect anyone except the top 12 teams. In essence, only the top 12 teams have Playoff Implications, and 13 onwards have completed thier seasons. I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I do realize that match ups might change, therefore I reccomended to validate fixtures by Thursday night and teams to update theie Scorecards.

Regards,

Your's Truely, Oh that's you,

Confusions all over the board i see.
Whose smart Idea it was that you get 3 pints in a tie.
Max points allowed per game is 4 so you all got 3+3=4???
We missed the playoffs by a rain out. We are given 2 points when we could have gotten 4 if the game was played = playoffs.
We went to the park at 9:30 am, Started then waited in the rain got soaked for 2 hours, shouldn't that count for something??.
The rule should be equal point for equal effort. Rain out to tie or what everver should never exceed the max points allowed, 4!!!.
My take.

By the way there is a penalty for scores not being entered on time so i am hoping these teams wil be dealt with as the rules say.

Guest_rule said...

Rup, You didn't miss the playoff's because of 3 points for a tied match, but because your team played badly this year.

You had only one rained out game and so do other teams so it doesn't good look upon your team(which is number 1 in 2006) to crap one game.

As for 3 points to a tie at our level of cricket it make sense. It is a reward to the teams who played good cricket and completed their games rather sitting at home and splitting 2 points each.

My take and thanks for reading.

Rup said...

Why does every one interpret me the opposite.
Your truly i don't know what you have been or is smoking but I am not dissapointed we missed the playoffs but to tell me that because you tie you should get 3 pints (if you can drink that much) is shite im my world.
Stupidity never makes any sense in anyones world.
You are asking me to accept that people who go to the park and for some reason their game was not completed due to rain is less deserved of others who did not win but came close.
We all spent the whole day??
Wake up.. 4 points should be max allowed and only in your little world we can see baloney like this as it looks like you may have benefitted from this stupid rule.
You can count on me motioning the shredding of this rule next AGM.

Guest_rule said...

Rup, I can understand your level of frustation by the kind of language you use when i someone opposes your point. I can talk trash being annonymous mind you.

All, i am saying is as per Sadiq's comments earlier in the blog that there was someone valid reason to change this rule.

I guess you must be attending AGMs every year and what are doing at that time (somking or drinking getting something behind..).. and you want to become president of this league.

Thanks for not reading.

Anonymous said...

If Tie is 3 and that was decided prior to the season start then what seems to be the issue here. As for RUP talking about motioning against this ... well where were you PAL when this was decided and why is that you did not speak up.

As I understand majority rules so speak up next time rather than complaining to why it is a bad idea. Hindsight is always 20/20.

Preetam N said...

I can see this getting nasty. Can someone backoff please.
If there is a rule that a tie should get 3 points each then i guess they get 3 each. We should have taken objection when this rule was made.
I dont agree with the 3 point rule but the only way we can get rid of this is for somebody to raise voice about it.

The 3 point Tie rule was not a rule that was put up for voting by teams at an AGM meeting. There are a few rules that the management come up with maybe during when they meet certain committees and decide to implement for the league. If you have been with the league long enough you will realize that this is normal behaviour as the Management can't look to put up every single rule in the rule book up for voting at the AGM's as these meetings already take up several hours as it is.

If teams have a problem with certain rules, they have the right to motion against it and put it up for a general vote the following season.

Shiraz,

In response to your post on the other thread w.r.t the Div 2 playoff venues:

How come the playoff venues are in Hanover Park instead of Washington Park? It has always been an MCC tradition that all playoff games within Division 1 and 2 have always been played in Washington Park and have only been moved to Hanover Park if there a WP ground is unplayable. What kind of scheduling is this...why are division one games scheduled for some WP grounds during the first week of the Division 2 playoffs. Why can't the games scheduled at WP be moved to Hanover Park. The main reason is that if all playoff games are played at Washington Park, the playoff atmosphere is awesome to be around and this is really good for cricket fans who can come to one location to watch multiple high intesity playoff matches in one day.

The only reason I am directing my question to you is cos you seemed to be representing the management judging from the language in your previous post. Please let us know if you can shed any light on why the decision to push the Division 2 playoff games to Hanover Park and to spread it over two days instead of one...was made by the management.

Thank you

The following players were found to have committed a "level 1" offense (the highest level), and will be suspended for the rest of the 2007 season (effective immediately), as well as a number of games in the 2008 season, as specified below: Rasheed Khan (Pak) - 5 games; Shahid Munir (Pak) - 3 games; Mazhar Rana (Pak) - 3 games; Faisal Nafasat (Muslim) - 2 games

good decision especially to repeat offenders. sahid is a good player but irresponsible. he should be role model to young players and not engaging in mindless activities which bring game of cricket to shame. respect the game tghat gives you joy. i hope such incidents never occur.

How do muslim manage to win the game? Is that how it happens in Cricket/baseball/ice hockey to award the game to one team instead of continuing if there is a fight?

look into your soul said...

good to see league took some action to the brawl but i still think league got little harsh on the individual from muslim cuz i was the witness of that brawl and i know what happen over there so what league did is take a hammer and kill everyone who was involved in the brawl but i still don't understand that league is telling us provacation is fine but escalation of the fight is such a big crime that it just 1 game bigger than repeat offense and the other thing i wanna tell you guys that one person from this fight is not even mention anywhere who start the fight with rashid but the the guy goes to defend him got suspended for the whole season and next year 2 games. LOL.......
(that is some decision)

Good point cleo.
We have always had the p/offs at WP.
Shiraz,
Can we look to change the schedule of the Div 1 games.
Have one game at HP on both Saturday and Sunday and this will give us 3 games at WP on Sat and Sun.
One div 1 and two Div 2 p/offs.
I don't see a problem with this and it will also generate for good crowds at WP.

Good timing for my visit to de site. Here are the steps necessary:
1.be calm and avoid people contact
2.head to the nearest emergency
3.have ice-packs,it works

constant blood flow to the area is the problem so be prepared for a painful injection of some parasympatheic drug that will reduce blood flow afterwards.

step 4.try not to repeat again or you may loose friends.

Students at the UH Med School were receiving their first anatomy class with a real dead human body. They are all gathered around the surgery table with the body covered with a white sheet.

Then the professor started the class by telling them: "In medicine, it is necessary to have 2 important qualities as a doctor:The first is that it is necessary that you not be disgusted."
The Professor uncovered the sheet, sunk his finger in the ass of the
dead body, withdrew it and sucked it. "Go ahead and do the same
thing," he told his students.

The students freaked out, hesitated and subsequently taking turns, sunk their finger in the ass of the dead body and sucked it after withdrawing it. When everyone finished, the Professor looked at them and told them: "The second important quality is observation. I sunk the middle finger and sucked the index. Pay attention people!!!"

Its hard to pick anyone at the moment, since I think we dont even know who is actually play who so far :-)

First, of course, is the Evanston point total... their current total of 39 reflects 3 points from the Jolly Rovers game (and Jolly Rovers' current total of 36 reflects 4 points from the above Evanston game)!! Surely one of them needs to change before the table is finalized. (If Evanston loses those 3 points, they drop from 5th to about 8th IIRC, which changes the playoff schedule significantly).

Secondly, Jolly Rovers have not finished their regular season schedule yet! They are at 13 games (CCI is also listed at 13 games in the table, but CCI has finished their schedule - they just havent updated all their cards). I umpired Jolly Rovers last weekend, so heard a bit about it (old news now, might have changed, but still)... JR were supposed to play Tigers a few weeks ago, it was postponed (for a good reason, Tigers had a few players representing the league in the Western Region tournament Under-19s). This game has never been rescheduled yet. So JR have played only 13 games so far, for no fault of their own. When will they play the Tigers? Or will the Tigers just have to give them a walkover now? (This makes a huge difference too, BTW - if JR gets a walkover, they jump to 40 points and 5th place in the table).

If these changes happen - they may not, management has to make a few rulings on this still, but *if* it happens, BTW (ie Evanston -3 and JR +4 for the Tigers game)... then we will have JR 5th, Giants 6th, Jaguars 7th, Evanston 8th and Madison 9th, significantly different from the way the table looks at the moment.
It means Evanston will play Madison, and JR will play CCI (the way the table is at this very moment, Evanston is due to play CCI and Jolly Rovers due to take on Madison for the second time in two weeks).

according to the email sent out management decided to keep the points as they are donno know who came with this MCC-dockunworthy-lewis rule calculation here is email for reference If teams don't protest this will be the final match up

Teams,

Here's where we are on Div II: final standings and first-round
matchups/schedule/locations. The website will be updated shortly:

Standings: (Team/pts/NRR if necessary)
1. Peoria (52)
2. QC (49)
3. Advancers (48/2.218)
4. IIT (48/1.538)
5. Jolly Rovers (40)
6. Evanston (39)
7. Giants (37)
8. Jaguars (36/1.517)
9. Madison (36/0.618)
10. Springfield (34)
11. Lucky X1 (32/0.497)
12. CCI (32/-0.37)

As you know, there are always hairy issues to resolve this time of
year, and there are no easy answers. The following was our best
attempt at resolution... I'm sure some team or the other will have a
problem with it, but everyone involved will attest to the fact that
Tariq and I have been on the phone for 3-4 hours a day for the past 2
weeks resolving these issues (and as you may have noticed, these
messages get out around or after midnight)... so any non-resolutions
are not due to lack of effort. If we've missed something, please let
us know; general frustrations with the process may be best vented with
through superior on-field performance :-).

The two most relevant ones are: (1) Jolly Rovers vs. Tigers: Tigers
originally asked for the game to be rescheduled; request slipped
through the cracks; game was neither played nor rescheduled; Tigers
finally agreed to give a walkover last week. (2) Jolly Rovers vs.
Evanston: This one was particularly tricky... Evanston recorded it as
a tie, and JR as a victory for themselves. Online scorecard shows
both teams tied but the result is recorded as a win for JR. Futher,
the points table recorded a tie for Evanston and a win for JR.
Neither team brought this to our attention, so we only discovered this
as I was doing the final reconciliation a couple of weeks back.
There's very little in the scorecard that indicates the result either
way; umpire didn't count the score. JR maintains it's a win; Evanston
swears it's a tie. As you know, we have a standing policy of not
making any changes unless one of the two teams lets us know within a
week of the game. It is really hard to come up with a fix that will
satisfy everyone, so we decided to leave the result as is -- it seemed
to be the option that made the least impact on standings, etc. It
does not affect who's in the top 4 or who is in/out of the playoffs.

Also, we got a number of requests about schedule preferences. We've
tried our best to accomodate, while maximizing the usage of Washington
Pk so that teams can get a feel for it. Please note that the Div 2
playoffs will share this coming weekend with the last of the Div 1
regular season. The schedule is:

Sat 9/15:
WP1: #5 Jolly Rovers vs. #12 CCI
Community Pk, Hanover Pk: #8 Jaguars vs. #9 Madison.

Sun 9/16:
WP1: #6 Evanston vs #11 Lucky XI
WP2: #7 Giants vs #10 Springfield

The next round will be played the following weekend... please stay
tuned for the schedule and other information.

Good luck, and please let us know if we've missed something...

The decision on the Muslim Gym vs Pak Gym game and incident that took part during the game has been officially announced and is available for all to see on a link on the main page called "Players Suspended".
-------

BTW, after all the flak management took early on after this incident happened, there has been little ackowledgement of what seems to be a pretty damn good decision on punishments for those involved. I suppose thats how one knows management has made a good decision - there isnt any praise offered, it is just that the complaints stop! The very definition of a thankless job :-)

Obviously there seems to be general agreement on the severity of the punishments handed out in this instance - personally, without knowing all the details, I think they are quite appropriate, with the punishment quite properly fitting the crimes.

The only thing in the entire decision that I didnt entirely agree with was the caveat at the end... that, if true remorse were expressed and community service done after a certain time, the punishments could be reduced. IMHO remorse and community service should be required, but should not be a way for the punishment to be reduced. An example of this was the Shiraz/Deccan Blues incident a few years ago. The bowler who actually physically hit Shiraz was suspended for a year - which was quite appropriate, really (as an umpire, I felt that a player who had actually *hit* an umpire actually deserved an even longer suspension than a year, but Iam probably biased in this regard :-) However, in the offseason the bowler apologized profusely, wrote a letter of apology, and did several games of voluntary umpiring at the start of the next season... and his suspension was eventually reduced to 4 games. While the true remorse was good (and essential) to see, IMHO in that instance it ended up being too lenient a sentence for the crime committed - and hopefully that wont happen in this case.

But, for the moment at least, let me be one of the few bloggers to actually step forward and offer kudos to management on this issue :-) Despite all the early criticism, the fears expressed by so many on here that justice was being delayed and denied, everything was eventually handled fairly and on time (ie before the start of last weekends matches), and in general most people seem to be fairly satisfied with the eventual resolution of this sad affair.

That is such crap...based on the email from Shashi.

How can they leave Evanston with 39 points and also have Jolly Rovers stay with 40 points?

Their game should have been dealt with immediately and not left till the end of the season without any proper resolution.

This sets a bad precendent for all teams in the league as there will be multiple instances where teams can post whatever result they want ...even to the point that two teams can both post that they WON the SAME Match.....knowing that the league will ignore it anyways.

Secondly, any team that does not update their scorecard in the given time, has to be subjected to penalties (monetary or point fines), as this leads to a huge headache for the management and website committee at the end of the season to allow certain teams to fix this.

Secondly, as a follow up to my previous post.... Look how ugly the playoff venues are distributed... 2 on either sat and sun...with one of them in Hanover Park.... ALL A MESS .....How can the scheduling committee goof up this bad when they knew that Division 2's season ends before Division 1 and that the first round of Div 2's playoffs have to be played in WP. We need to hype up the playoffs that much more in our league which makes everyone that much more motivated to play well during the regular season. Look at the difference in attendance last year itself when so many playoff games were coupled together in WP...i.e. "Super Sundays" as they called it back then....

I am totally in aww with Tariq and his team. Last couple of weeks have been very stressful for them and always remember they do this as voluntarily. Cmon people lets show Tariq and his team that we appreciate his efforts

I highly recommend emailing Tariq and his team. I don't have all email address but they will get the point that we do care and appreciate.

Hello Ppl,
Its been quiet a long hibernation with too much work so could not really do justice to the blog.
Adi: i always thought u guys to be good enough to beat any team so let's c how it goes, lets play the game and see how it goes, i personally know most of you guys so i should see how my bowling stuff goes against u ppl.
It's been flat out at work so could not really come around to this page...
All the best for all the teams who are in the playoffs, contending for the playoff's and also for Team Peoria who are already into Div1.

I agree with Sadiq and TD. Managements cannot satisfy every party involved. Especially if the parties involved are as passionate as us. I think Tariq and his team did their best to resolve issues fairly, fairly. So lets give them their due and keep going. I think instead of nagging at every decision they take lets get positives out of them. There is nothing else you can do. If games are scheduled at grounds other than WP then there must be a really good reason to it.
I like to go to WP and watch all playoffs at a time. But, hey life's a bitch. We just deal with it.

I agree with Sadiq, Pretam and TD..I have personally worked with Tariq, Sohail, Shashi and management folks who have always helped out to best of their ability...Its is very thankless job! I would like extend my personal THANK YOU to them..and lots of man hours, over time hours requried to run 55 teams and growing..and do know Margoob Bhai, Tariq, Shashi have worked over time after hours to make sure things happen...I personally think we should have a bigger volunteer force to take care of 'things' like schedule, umpiring, planning the activities (LA open, Regionals, or Local tournaments)...run things smoother...We have such a abundant talent here...We need to plan ahead and get a proper teams made for the entire season, before season starts...So, every one knows whats happening..once they look at the MWCC calender...! It will so exciting to plan for these to even watch them, will be so nice..! We do have to give credit where its due...Bitter issues like these are always very tough to resolve to everyones palatte...We are all here for the love of the game...Its all our personal responsibility also to RUN and ORGANIZE it the right the way...!

Kudos to all management and Volunteers!

Game 3 - WP1: #6 Evanston vs #11 Lucky XI
Game 4 - WP2: #7 Giants vs #10 Springfield

My predictions:
1. CCI (the upset by the lower seed)
2. Madison (specially if the game is at HP)
3. Evanston (justifying their higher seeding)
4. Giants (Home field advantage??? ;))

I agree that we can only move on with regard to this issue now... I guess we got lucky. But this really was something very important that slipped thru the cracks, and Cleo makes an important point IMHO that it cant be allowed to happen again, it should not be a precedent, because what happened here was not right in the end.

Basically, what we had here was 2 teams claiming different things about the same game - one team claiming they won, the other claiming it was tied. This game took place, note, on June 3rd - thats 3-and-a-half months ago! Both teams claimed points the same week on the table, JR claiming 4 and Evanston claiming 2 (for a tie, at that time). Really, this dispute should have been resolved a long time ago and everything settled. You cant really have a game which ended up being worth 7 points - it isnt fair to the other contending teams, after all.

As it, IMHO we got lucky - both Jolly Rovers and Evanston safely made the playoffs in the end, and these extra points didnt cost any team an actual playoff berth, even if they seriously impacted final playoff positions. That was *very* lucky... what if, for example, Evanston and Jolly Rovers had lost one subsequent game each and ended up only 3 and 4 points clear of, say, Illinois (or even your Giants) for the 12th spot? Would it be fair to either of you guys that *both* those teams got points from that game (and not 2 points each, either), and so you ended up missing the playoffs? Of course it wouldnt have, it would have been very unfair (and the game in that instance couldnt have been resolved the way it is now, IMHO).

As it is, because we got lucky, the resolution was somewhat less hurtful to other teams (still hurtful, but less hurtful). It has changed the playoff positioning though - take the Jaguars, for instance. They would have faced Springfield, now (with them having done nothing different) they are playing Madison instead - that makes a difference to them, surely? They have already lost to Madison earlier this year, for example, they might have preferred playing Springfield. They have done nothing wrong, but are ending up sort of victimized by circumstances here.

Note, Iam not trying to blame management here, its a terribly hard job, way too much work involved. This above dispute just slipped thru the cracks - apparently management wasnt really aware that it happened (with so much other stuff happening its hard to blame them), and it was brought to their notice only a week or so ago, and so the resolution had to be rushed before the playoffs. In that sense it is the fault of all of us - *we* had noticed this problem, there are so many more eyes looking at things on the blog after all. This strangely disputed game had been brought up here even a month or two ago (I think I had even mentioned it myself). What we should have done (what I should have done myself, in retrospect), was dash off an email to management and let them know of this discrepancy when we noticed it a month or two ago, and then they would have had more time to fix the matter and probably could have come up with a better resolution. Instead all we (and I) did was mention it on here in discussions, and left it at that... and management never found out about it at all. I really regret that - both this disputed game and the Tigers/Jolly Rovers "unplayed" game, both those issues we guys should have emailed and informed management about a few weeks ago when we talked about it here. We should have all made a better effort to help out, and probably these things could have been resolved earlier and much more smoothly.

Chicago Giants giving a walk over? Them guys love competition they will eat balls for lunch, much less giving up a game. tough game ahead for my buddies in QC. A repeat situation as last year. But must be different results this year. Now,why did mgmt never give their request to have a practice game with Giants at WP. Saving it for the end???

Romeen,

I guess you pointed out the phallicy in my attempt at humour! :):):) Ok, ok, I'll stop now!

So, we never did get our predictions sorted out. We were tied at 2-2 when I predicted, and I had a 2-1 lead for when you predicted. There is still 1 prediction about N_W outstanding because although I believe I'd got him, he is now "claiming" it ain't so! So where are we? No drinks this Saturday?

N_W, I clearly remember I called you out at the first Chall vs PG night game and after some hemming and hawing, you agreed. If you're still going to deny it, then I'm going to tell Romeen at least who I think you are and we can verify accordingly. Romeen, what's your email address? You can verify it independently.

While I echo the suggestion that people should come on down to watch... the schedule isnt set yet :-) Last I heard (lateish last night), there is a good possibility that Ground #1 actually will sadly not be available...and if thats the case, the given locations for the above games may not hold. Some of the playoffs may have to be played at Hanover instead, which would be sad. Later today I think we'll probably have a more set schedule including locations.

Damn.... after that start for India, I thought we were done. Asif bowled lights out. Why couldn't Shoaib have injured him enough to keep him out of this game? Just kidding... phenomenal bowler.

But to come back and then be on the doorstep of victory, only to see a great effort from Pakistan at the end to come from behind... the only outcome this match deserved was a tie!

Lets see who wins the "bowl-out". Can we introduce that into the MWCC so that instead of ties with 3 points, or 2 points, we decide upon a winner????????

Sadiq Bhai,

JR and Evanston game does not effect who makes the top 12 so I agree that Lucky is the only word for it.

We need better measures to ensure that scoreboard is updated in a timely fashion and is accurate. I guess we can become watchdog and notify management if we see a problem with score update etc.

As for Jaguars playing Madison - Well in order to win in this playoff team will have to go thru teams like Peoria, QC Kings, IIT and Advancers. So I don't think Jags are too scared of Madison.

Tonald Drump said...

Also cricket is a funny game and just so you all know Peoria has 1 loss this season and guess who that is with?

TD et al,

Please don't think that I do not appreciate all the hard work that has been put in by our management.

I have mentioned to Tariq on several occasions how grateful we are for his as well as his team's effort and hard work they have put into this league to bring it this far, but at the same time it does not always justify some of the dumb moves (of which of course there have been more than a couple in their time) that have been made on some occasions.

My frustration was just directed to the fairness of the decision they had taken with regards to the Evanston and Jolly Rovers game....u cannot allow teams to enter conflicting results for the same game no matter if the website has a bug that allows this. This simply should have been sorted out long back before its close to playoffs when the management team has way too many issues on their plate.

Tonald Drump said...

Cleo,

Thanks for your clarification. Your point is valid and I sure hope that they stop this practice of procastination. But again we do not know why they waited this long.

Unknown said...

Thats true, we don't know exactly what are all the reasons behind this issue, but then again that leads up to the issue of not enough communication to the rest of the league by the management committees which in my opinion should be made as transparant as possible so that everyone can appreciate the various headaches and conditions that the management has to work within.

Well anyways...enough of my b****ing and moaning...lets get on with the playoffs. Matchups - Smatchups.... u gotta win every match no matter who you are up against.

Good luck to all the teams that made it in Div 2 and those that are still fighting it out in Div 1.

I see from the main mcc website schedule that the management was able to wave their "magic wand" and was able to schedule at least 3 out of the 4 Division 2 playoff games at WP on Sunday. So Kudos to the TA and his boys for doing whatever they had to bring back those MCC Playoff "Super Sundays" again. :)

Tonald Drump said...

So does this mean that all of the games for Division 2 Playoffs this week will be played at Washington Park?

Also do we still have 2 games on Saturday and 2 on Sunday?

Sounds like clock strikes 12 again and Pak Gym got a little taste of there own medicine.

Isn't Pak the same team that screwed Tigers by giving some team a walkover and called it oversleeping? Someone please correct me.

cricketer411 said...

Puppu yar tung na kar yeh pak over slept. haha and did screw tigers, thats the reson tigers went to div 2. So what muslim played with 7 players? maybe they rested there players. Win or loss didnt matter to muslim so honest cricketer play your game and bakshi since you know u are gonna win tomorrow a game which officially was rained out why r u worried !!!! so much

who_what said...

c411 it seems your guys' trick backfired and poetic justice would be that you lose big to pak in the playoffs. it seems you guys are more afraid of facing them and beating them so you would divise ways to avoid playing them in the playoffs. you will never win with fear! as for rogers park, shiraz you would partake in this?? lost a little bit of respect for ya. you guys will lose in the first round. as for ucc, they are on the short end of the stick... u guys put youself in this position no matter how f'd up RP and MGCC are.

cro magna there is no trick here its called "karma" and i could careless what tricks muslim plays cuz i am chilling enjoying watching politics more then cricket!!!!
