Its a thankless job..this umpiring..but, lets be grateful to these brave souls who take the time and effort to do this. Who all deserve to be in a fictional MWCC Elite Panel?
my vote goes for the obvious choices of Sadiq Yusuf and Joe Greene. No matter what guys say about these guys after they lose...these guys are as fair as possible to all teams.
other good player/umpires that I can think of right now are Dimpy, Akash Pal, Afroze and Irfan Siddiqui(Chargers)...to name a few only
Farhat Sheikh, Afroze and Rup are the best one.......sadiq yusuf, Arshad yusuf, Shiraz Najam & Joe Greene are the worst....while Dimpy, Akash, Vishal are O.k.
It is 'thank less' job alright but if the umpire doesn't do a good job all it remains at the end of the day is flavorful mouthful of 'thankless' words for him. When are members gonna realize that with out good umpiring there can NO good matches Period

It would be really nice if we start rating umpires or do some kind of a point system for umpires. That way we all know who is good & bad.
