Recruiters Wanted!
This is that time of the year when teams are desperately searching for players. Mostly the requirements are "talented, experienced, committed and willing to dish out some money". I understand the importance of quality players and how they can immediately benefit the team, I also feel that most "we need to get better this year" teams are discounting the impact of another key contributor. This person or persons in some cases can significantly alter the quality of the team not by their on field skills, but by their ability to hunt, corner, persuade and sign up key talent. Look at any of the top teams and you will notice that they have a very effective recruiter somewhere in the roster - in fact some teams have more than one. These guys can take a bottom feeder team in to the play offs and maybe beyond by their sheer salesmanship. So, I hope that explains the sign " Recruiters Wanted" outside my door and not "Players Wanted"

Some one needs to give the migrations status of players who is playing for which team

I wrote what I wrote with a ton of respect for these guys. Great salesmanship is a unique skill and is extremely valuable, more so in a non-professional league like MWCC. I wish not to use any names in particular, simply because they may not like it. Publicity like this may not be beneficial to their cause.
