5:32 PM

after that all division II players pitch in and find an english tutor for you.

Div. 1 sucks. especially pak gym, challengers, mil. united and bears. And of course muslim are sore losers. Div. 2 teams like phoenix, purdue, royals and mil. united are the best.

Forgot to mention those teams that think they are very good are also arrogant.

English tutor may not be needed. Let's laugh at this nincompoop whenever he writes on these pages.

what happened to that post referencing sanjay patel's GUNGLISH?
it was real funny! has it been removed?

According to Anon 11.46 PM, above
Milwuakee United both Sucks and Is the Best.

and its playing both Div 1 and Div 2...that must be quite an achievement.

We should have show case night and day game between best of Division-1 and Best of Division-II? any takers or comments on this...

Sadiq, we want ur Div 2 XI vs Div1 XI team.

Div 1 XI vs Div 2 XI will be fun to watch; a crowd-puller too. Can this be organized over the sept long weekend? Jaggi, your thoughts?

Raheel,
The fact that IIT failed to win more than 3 games in Div 1 few years back may have nothing to do with the competition. IIT, Purdue and CCI (which was a decent team couple of years back) succumb to graduation every year. Unless cricket skills are considered along with GRE/GMAT and TOEFL, they may have to rely on luck to get good cricketers every year.

Why are u talking about Phoenix here, none of the players are boasting thier win over good teams. They are just happy that they are able to play good competetive cricket.Just do not compare div1 and Div 2 they are all good in thier own respective sides.

We do need an all star match of some sort (even if it's 20-20 night) - Div 1 vs Div 2 sounds fun. How about one with younger players on one side and experienced veterans on the other - cut off age could be 25-27 or 30, something like that.

Raheel.

Awesome idea. I would say have a D/N encounter on a weekend. Div 1 vs Div 2 would be good. Also, lets take players who are in Top15 bowlers and batters only. Great idea.

We need to make sure..Every one has enough time to plan and play for this event..Since no travel is involved..all contacted should be available to play...Make sure this game is arranaged based on SATHA schedule pelasse..Lol..:)

TOEFL does not measure the cricket ability at all. living example is ......"next week Challengers kick purdue ass and then all Division II teams how bad they is and Challengers is number 1."

TOEFL, no way. ......"next week Challengers kick purdue ass and then all Division II teams how bad they is and Challengers is number 1."

measures the ability to stay in a shipping container for long hours.

Sanjay Patel is now a janitor and a FOB (fresh of the boat).Surprisingly, his clan has not come forward to defend him yet.

Anonymous said...

well i guess there clan is probably busy figuring out who the hell u r so they can kick ur ass, man u have no balls do u, come out and say who u r??? then we will see who the Janitor is!!!!
Challengers

Anonymous said...

may be busy figuring out an english tutor for that person...

Anonymous said...

or probably tutoring that person themselves, hope that their english is better than the janitors...what do you say challengers.

The all-star game is definitely on cards for next season. This season, we have a serious shortage of grounds and time.
We are going to plan to take one week off next season to host some sort of all-star game and a family get-together. All our families are sacrificing a lot to allow us to play and enjoy the game that we so dearly love. The least we can do is show then some appreciation and get-together as one big cricketing family.
Its going to be an active off-season and I would like(hope) for everybody to get involved at that time.

Cheers!!

Yes!Yes!and Yes again to the all star family outing game.
I say dedicate a regular week end for this cause lots of us are out of town on the holiday week-ends. With the hectic schedule holiday week-ends are the time we take our family on Vacations. True for me??.
I hope there is no age limit, cause a lot of our good players are what we call over the hill. I know if the put age limit I will be out but I will still be there to have fun with you all.

I feels bad for purdue. Now challengers will take out their anger of the last two games and all these blogs on them. Get ready for blowout. Sanjay Patel might not know english but he is very good fast bowler. Tushar, mahesh, daxx are also very good. Good luck purdue, you have long day ahead.

Anonymous said...

Don't you FEELS good for challengers

Anonymous said...

I think a whole bunch of bloggers, both english speaking and non-english speaking, will have to eat humble pie and change their point of views if Purdue beats the Challengers. And I personally am predicting a Purdue win. Now please don't go and take that personally!!

Good luck to both teams anyway.

As an outside , playing for Div 2, I would cheer for Purdue and hope they win.

Purdue, I agree, are underdogs. But thats the fun part. Most neutral people support underdogs.

Go Purdue!!!
